FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Necklaces and bracelets are packaged individually in a clear cover jewelry box and then placed into a brown mailing box for added protection.  Earrings will be packaged in a bubble envelope or combined with other items purchased.

SHIPPING

Boxed items under 16oz will be shipped First Class UPS Ground Advantage free of charge for purchases of $75 or more.  This services includes $100 of insurance coverage.    USPS Priority Mail will be shipped free of charge  for purchases of  $135 or more and includes $100 of insurance coverage.  Additionally, I will combine items into one package when applicable to reduce shipping costs.  Shipping adjustments will be refunded when applicable.  Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days and depending upon your choice of shipping may arrive within 3-7 business days.  All controlled by the shipper.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I will ship internationally on a per order and country basis.  Please contact me prior to placing your order at gailjohnsonjewelry@gmail.com.  
 

EXCHANGES

Please email me within three days of receipt. to discuss the exchange.   Upon agreement item(s) are to be returned in their original packaging within five days.  Return postage with insurance are to be paid by Customer.
